I booked a 60-minute float therapy session at Sundara Wellness and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Upon entering Sundara, I was greeted by a lovely young woman who walked me through what to expect from my session. She was thorough when showing me around the room, making note of different size towels and ear plugs, how to adjust the lighting, etc. The space was very clean and had everything I needed to relax. Sundara is my absolute favorite place in Memphis. If I could give 6 stars I would! Candice is a very knowledgeable acupuncturist that has helped me through many various stages of infertility. I’ve also taken advantage of the other amazing services they offer like the hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy and massages. I was signed up for a pilates springboard class. the teacher never showed. We were told we would not be charged for class. I was booked through classpass. I was not charged with my credits, but I was charged for a "late cancellation" and was charged $17 to my credit card. I have called 3 different times and spoken to the front desk. Each time I have been told the manager will give me a call back or email me. I have not heard back. Going to try for a 4th time.

I’ve been going here for about a year on a referral from the VA for acupuncture. From the first time I came here, the staff has been so welcoming and kind. It’s in a historic building and is decorated in a way that feels inviting and comfortable. While I only have acupuncture myself, there are numerous health and wellness options to choose from and fit your needs.
