I loved the Pilates class with Jatziry; I understood how to position my body to benefit my posture and strengthen my body. I recommend it I get acupuncture from Candace and it’s wonderful ; it has helped me relax and stay in that state longer, I sleep better, and it has really supported my digestive system.
PT Rachel Bolton is the best. I spent years (and money!) doing pelvic floor therapy from an online coach and I wish I had came here first. Despite years of online therapy, my pelvic floor was painfully tight. I had issues that made everyday routines difficult. After performing the prescribed breathing exercises and stretches, I have seen significant improvement. I have been able to take up running again!! Would definitely recommend!
I have enjoyed the numerous services offered by Sundara Wellness including massage, nutrition, facials, acupuncture and salt therapy for my sinuses. Beautiful atmosphere with kind and experienced practitioners - highly recommend!
Sundara is such a beautiful and welcoming space. The chiropractic care and acupuncture helped with my hip bursitis pain, and the salt booth helped me finally get over a bad sinus infection. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Sundara. I’ve also had a facial there (so relaxing!), and the products smelled and felt amazing. I’m looking forward to trying the float tanks and hyperbaric oxygen therapy next.
