Compression: Ease has several wellness offerings, I most recently tried the compression therapy. It was delightful. I have pots and experience a lot of pooling in my lower half and this absolutely is something that I will continue to do regularly. It was relaxing and therapeutic

If I could give zero stars I would. N.P. Rachel is not eating disorder informed at all, she does not respect boundaries, is fat-phobic, etc. If you're actively looking for a PCP who is ED informed please do not see her. I could go on, based off what I've been told...but my goodness.
Julie Burch’s Yoga Sculpt class was on point for my Monday morning. It’s a perfect combination of strengthening and movement with some balance work and a nice release to wrap up. I highly recommend it (and affordable!!!)
I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and started pelvic floor physical therapy with Karly at 23 weeks. I started primarily because of back pain and also because I wanted to prep for birth. Karly has helped my back pain while teaching me about pelvic floors. I would highly recommend Karly! I went in for a prenatal massage with Andrea and it was lovely.
