I enjoyed the essentrics class! I've been doing yoga and pilates for years--as a runner, essentrics' focus on ALL parts of the body was really great. I was especially happy about the gentle, moving stretches of feet and shoulders and neck. It was all good! Sundance Studio is a beautiful place. recommended!
