I had an upsetting and entirely avoidable experience at the Sundance Store in Salt Lake City. I had finally found a pair of winter boots in my size and was so excited to wear them. Unfortunately, the lace of the boot broke the first time I tied the boot. Searched all over town for a replacement lace to no avail. Took the boots into the store where they had several other pair in very small sizes. I asked that they replace the lace of my boot with one from another pair. NO WAY.
