Highly experienced and responsive management team. Like other real estate investment companies, had to recalibrate after the interest rate spike. Are doing a good job of weathering the storm and positioning themselves for future growth.
Worst investment I have made in my life - the Sundance Bay Income and Growth Fund. It has delivered neither income nor growth. I have lost 50% of my investment so far and there seems no way out
