The bike I rented was clean and well maintained. When I had a problem with the bike I was riding, they quickly changed it for another bike so I didn’t miss out on my ride.
I am very happy with the experience. I was able to find a good MTB, reasonably priced, during the pandemic. SunCycling is a respected Marin dealer, and Marin's prices are really competitive. But, the customer service was over the top, I was able to get the bike fully set up, we added a spacer to accomodate my size (I'm in between sizes) and they installed it free of charged after having it delivered from another shop.
