March 2022 update: Since the Citizen Bank Conversion, customer service has been horrid. Suncrest staff used to know me by name, now I feel like a number. I have called the 800 number four times for app and online banking technical support. No one has been able to activate my Zelle or bill pay. Not to mention they charge 50 cents for every time I use my debit card + their monthly service fee. If you like giving your money away to banks, then you’ll love this bank. Otherwise look elsewhere
I cannot express how amazing the Suncrest branch is in Visalia! I was recommended by Joe Silva, a loyal happy customer for years. He told me that nothing comes close to their customer service and their professionalism. WOW, he was NOT KIDDING!! I have been with them for a little over two years now. Superb Customer Service!! I walk in and staff known me by name. Convenient locations available in the Central Valley. The coffee shop next door is just a perk, since banking at Suncrest unlocks a coffee discount.
