A truck driver steps into the middle of a busy road. My partner had two choices, (couldn't break as had someone right behind him) either run over the truck driver or swerve into the other lane of traffic. Would have cleared it too if the other person in the other lane didn't speed up at the same time. Tiniest scratch on their car, did the right thing and went through insurance.
