I visited this branch this morning to submit a document requested by the bank, but unfortunately, the service was far from what I expected. Instead of receiving assistance with the paperwork, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. I was genuinely disappointed by the lack of courtesy and cooperation. This type of service is completely unacceptable, and based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve customer service in the future.
The staff amazing to help me with my Internet banking
Absolutely pathetic, understaffed, 30minute wait to deposit a cheque too large for their machine
Too lazy staff, they took 45 minutes to say No. 6 staff were there no one attended when it was 4:55pm 5 minutes to close they start making excuses they can’t do let see what we can do and at end they said No.
