I honestly prefer going to the post office next door than dealing with this branch. Some of the staff here are just plain rude. Today, a staff member walked right in front of me, extremely close, head back chugging water from a bottle — completely unprofessional and disrespectful and no manners. I called the Suncorp Brookside branch 18 times at 9:45 am, but no one answered. It really shows a lack of customer service. I requested an e-statement a week ago, yet nothing was done, and now I can’t even get through to follow up. Disappointing service from a bank that promotes itself as one of the best. Truly frustrating.
