Honestly such bad service. The staff take no accountability for their mistakes. It has taken them almost 2 weeks to transfer money. They put the incorrect details and sent the money to another person's account. Rectified issue and was advised 3-5 business days. Money had still not been transferred over after the advised time frame. Had to mark it as urgent as still no money has been transferred. It should not take 2 weeks for a simple bank transfer. Would not recommend this company to handle your money.
