The service is getting worse I have banked with Suncorp for many years. The service this last few months has been dreadful. Not opening on time and rude staff

More than 15 people in queue and one teller to serve us all while others run around doing who knows what. They certainly weren't helping us.
The coin deposit machine is never working on weekend at Grand plaza at browns plains and the other location at Mardsen shopping mall doesn't exist. Wake up Suncorp. I have been a customer for 30plus year. Not Happy
Previously been to this Suncorp and Staff were lovely however, I needed to make a deposit for business purposes and have to go in store. The branch is supposed to close at 5pm on a Friday which is signed out the front of their branch and google. I turned up at 4:25pm and the doors were closed. I stood Infront of the door (staff inside) and wasn’t acknowledged. Called Suncorp and got the direct number for this branch and when I called (still before 5pm, no one answered).
