Disgusting service need to update how you treat the waiting customers. I was one of three customers who left because no one wanted to help. There were three workers plus a manager and no wanted to help or anything. The front counter person kept on pro longing her conversation with a client. So for the three of us waiting couldn't wait any longer and one by one we left. One customer even commented that's my lunch break over. Disgusting suncorp rocky
As Suncorp is a proud feminist bank all men should bank elsewhere. Especially business men. They are about process not the customer.
Had a big problem with atm ad they were really helpful. Listened to what happened and quickly within 3 days had it sorted. Very pleased.
Always a shortage of staff, quite long waits if there's more than 4 people in line
