Suncorp staff good and helpful been there before
I’ve been going to Suncorp for 20 years. The Broadbeach store has the rudest teller and consultants. This has happened numerous times. Refused to submit my cash and coins into the teller. The teller advised me to use the machine however previous times using the machine it jammed half way and the teller would not retrieve the money. It counted around $50 short. I was told to then use the teller next occasion. Today I was refused to use the teller. The main purpose of the teller is to submit coins and cash.
The teller efpos machines not working
Useless.No ATM that is working to accept notes and you have to line up forever.Funny how they are happy to take fees but look at you funny when you have a complaint.Terrible service
I have been with Suncorp for over 25 years. On Friday I went into bank to get some cash as machines were down. Three (3) women standing around talking. When I asked to retrieve some cash, I was referred to COMMONWEALTH bank around the corner. Why would I want to go there when I belong to Suncorp Bank? I enquired if the woman did not want to assist me. The response was "Well, I would not have done it anyway!" Talk about a serious deterioration in customer care.
