All three ATMs have been broken since the beginning of time no way to deposit money in to the ATM. Fix it please
Have visited this branch (probably the last central Gold Coast one open) to find yet again all 3 ATMs not working. The only place you can deposit cash is at a Suncorp ATM so again left having to return during busy work hours. For the record profits being posted by banks and countless branch closures saving further costs, at the very least you would expect one working ATM… disappointing.
I do not recommend anyone coming into this bank. The workers are not really nice with the public, and they promise timings which they are not able to provide the product. Next door banks are more efficient.
Pacific Fair Suncorp hasn't had it's ATM working for months now. To go into the Bank to get MY MONEY BACK, answer your security questions. When ATM doesn't asked me stupid question. Worse bank ever.
The only ATM that you can deposit stuff, guess what, out of order. Time to close this account and go somewhere that actually has more than one ATM for customers to use
