Pacific Fair Suncorp hasn't had it's ATM working for months now. To go into the Bank to get MY MONEY BACK, answer your security questions. When ATM doesn't asked me stupid question. Worse bank ever.
The only ATM that you can deposit stuff, guess what, out of order. Time to close this account and go somewhere that actually has more than one ATM for customers to use
I had forgotten my PIN number and when setting up my internet banking to reset it didn’t work, Kathy went the extra mile to get that problem-solved for me even though the bank had closed in the meantime. Appreciate your outstanding customer service Kathy and I was able to make needed purchases that day because of it.
Very skilled and friendly staff...no long queues.
Pathetic organisation and will be closing my accounts. Went to use the cash deposit machine and boom - Out of order. Their second atm was prehistoric it didn’t have the deposit facility. Can’t have working tech imagine what else they get wrong. Seeya later bozo’s
