I recently needed to aproach the Stones Corner Suncorp Branch regarding a family matter. We were very impressed by the assistance from the customer service officer, Eden. Eden listened well and was thoughtful about our situation and potential solutions. While we could not fully solve the matter, Eden explained suncorp policies clearly and empathetically and gave us his phone number in case we had further questions. Only use their atm machine for withdrawals
This atm never works and is under service all the time.
Sent my partner to DEPOSIT cash into my account as I was unable to attend the branch myself, and staff refused to allow them. Anyone should be able to make a deposit into an account. No other bank has ever had an issue with this, why does Suncorp make it so difficult for their customers.
Happy with the helpful and professional staff. It's super fast and very smooth. ATM is not currently accepting cash deposits which has been really inconvenient over the long Easter weekend.
