Sent my partner to DEPOSIT cash into my account as I was unable to attend the branch myself, and staff refused to allow them. Anyone should be able to make a deposit into an account. No other bank has ever had an issue with this, why does Suncorp make it so difficult for their customers.
Happy with the helpful and professional staff. It's super fast and very smooth. ATM is not currently accepting cash deposits which has been really inconvenient over the long Easter weekend.
Lyn, an attractive, mature staff member, helped me with a Suncorp App login probIem that had given me much grief. Lyn identitied the problem, trained me in the correct action needed and I left there a VERY happy client. Thanks Lyn Colin Wick 😀
Justin at Stones Corner is a real asset to Suncorp. Sorted my issues quickly and in a super-friendly manner.
Visited Stones Corner branch to reinvest a superannuation term deposit that had matured. I had given instructions online but was told there had been changes to legislation so it wasn’t reinvested which made no sense. It took 7 days, 3 visits to the branch and 4 phone calls to finally get the account set up. The final time I sat in the branch for 20 minutes waiting. Nobody ever called me back or contacted me for the information they needed.
