Extremely rude staff
Went into bank trying to get a new card that would run out while overseas. The bank loan manager told me that unfortunate and there nothing Suncorp can do. As I knew she was just hopeless I have rang the hotline and there is something you can do thanks to online service I can get the new card. Please do better
Very bad experience at the branch recently. They seem like they are not interested to answer to you at all. All they say is call the hotline number and ask them. Customer service is terrible at this branch.
Worst service. We went into bank at 3pm to update our home loan (bank closes at 4pm), waited for 30mins to speak to someone and no one came to let us know how long it would be, nothing no communication.. We walked out.
