Very bad experience at the branch recently. They seem like they are not interested to answer to you at all. All they say is call the hotline number and ask them. Customer service is terrible at this branch.
Worst service. We went into bank at 3pm to update our home loan (bank closes at 4pm), waited for 30mins to speak to someone and no one came to let us know how long it would be, nothing no communication.. We walked out.
Great bank friendly staff
Suncorp has sold off the Insurance to ANZ. Unable to talk to anyone about the insurance they offer. Usually we have a great experience but sadly they're selling off parts of the bank
Staff member was uninterested in helping us. He continually directed us to the app for our requests, even though we were there because the app continually told us an error had occurred. The branch was Insufficiently staffed on a Friday afternoon. We were told to come back another day as they could not help us today. We asked if we could make an appointment for a future time, as we needed to organise time off work to come in today, but were told appointments aren’t possible and to call and see if they were able to accomodate ... read more
