Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Staff don't care. One teller serving, the others ignoring the line up of customers. They have a security guard there, why don't they pay for another teller instead, then people won't get so annoyed and frustrated. What is wrong with this company??
Came in to do KYC for a locked account. Its been 4 business days and the account is still locked.
Went to cannon hill suncorp to withdraw my money cause they put a hold on my internet banking told them if they keep doing this i will leave them and they turned around thats alright with them . 14yrs with them and so much for been a valued customer...if it wasn't for people like me they won't have a bank update suncorp has closed my account cause I took them to AFCA
After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I was informed they could not change notes into coins because I don’t have an account with Suncorp. Really poor service which will ensure I never do have a Suncorp account.
