12.30pm on a Thursday, came on a lunch break and needed to get things done quickly. In a line 6 people deep and growing every 5 mins. 2 staff on site it looks like but only 1 is at the teller serving customers. The other was on a computer by the front entrance. One staff member walked past the long line, proceeded to ask us what we were in for and then responded to everyone that ‘it shouldn’t take too long’.
