I recently visited the Suncorp Bank branch and wanted to thank Harmony for her personalised service and care. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand my enquiry. Harmony was very helpful and made sure everything was resolved promptly. I really appreciated her assistance and the positive experience she provided.
Pretty incompetent staff. After waiting in queue for 20 minutes, I was approached by a lady who asked what my enquiry was. As it was a complex financial transaction, she asked me to wait on the lounge. After a further 30 minutes on the lounge, being ignored by the staff and watching all the other customers being served that were behind me in queue, I left in disgust. Disgusting service takes too long the only got one person I was a liner don't come to the Hyperdome Suncorp they are disgusting
Terrible experience locked out of business banking accounts, useless calling , long waits on the phone. Loganholme branch also does not answer the phone. Warning to all , do not use Suncorp for any banking business , personal, home loans , anything. If there is a problem that requires urgent attention it will be a slow and frustrating fix . Useless bank .
