I would leave zero stars if I could. The woman at the "Customer Service " counter on 24/02/2025 at about 10am could not have been more rude. After having lined up for 20 mins she told me she couldn't help with a basic enquiry and that I would have to line up in another line which had trippled in size since i was in the bank. She wouldn't even listen to my question to see if i was going to be able to resolve my query today. She was very abrupt not willing to assist at all. She should not be in a customer facing role. There is no customer service at this store. Nothing but excuses People walk around who work there and they just laugh at the line instead are helping. They just mock, you think it's funny. They're disgusting. Hello, don't care about you.

Waiting for half hr for coin change as they run out at coin machine. When it was up to my turn the lady at counter did not wanna do it and move me to other lady to wait and service deposit customer. Then other call me and ask me to go because she is doing sthing else or I gotta wait …so just because I did not do deposit so dont derserve a service and is it way to talk to customer after waiting more than half hr?? Im doing a bussiness banking with you…its disgustibg
