I went in to deposit $5000.00 with the teller. She needed to ask a colleague should she use the machine. The reply was that it was more accurate to manually count the money. The teller proceeded to use the machine and said i was $100 short, i said I would re-count and she needed the manager. She came out and with a 6 minute discussion between themselves they finally included me. I would leave zero stars if I could. The woman at the "Customer Service " counter on 24/02/2025 at about 10am could not have been more rude. After having lined up for 20 mins she told me she couldn't help with a basic enquiry and that I would have to line up in another line which had trippled in size since i was in the bank. She wouldn't even listen to my question to see if i was going to be able to resolve my query today. She was very abrupt not willing to assist at all. She should not be in a customer facing role.
