I’d write zero if I could. A staff member of Indian decent rudely insulted me over their non working app (their call centre admitted the app was faulty). I was told “you need to learn to do this yourself, because soon there will be no staff here”. No i am not learning how to fix your malfunctioning app & how dare she speak to me like this. I’m a customer of 30+yrs & this is the last straw - I’m closing my account & putting a formal complaint with corporate

Never been spoken to so rudely for a business deposit and as a business owner after banking with Suncorp for 2 decades they have finally lost my business due to the rudeness of the staff member at this branch, appalling customer service for loyal customers.

I went in to deposit $5000.00 with the teller. She needed to ask a colleague should she use the machine. The reply was that it was more accurate to manually count the money. The teller proceeded to use the machine and said i was $100 short, i said I would re-count and she needed the manager. She came out and with a 6 minute discussion between themselves they finally included me.
