Good service, quick and efficient
whilst this bank's location is one of this smallest, staff are friendly and can be busy with long lines to wait.
Can't wait to close all of my accounts, arrogant staff with belligerent attitudes. Tried 3 times to make personal appointment ref a large term deposit, no one ever got back to me. Went in person the customer service was unacceptable, took a bank cheque and left. This branch needs to be retrained in both customer service and what it really means as well as manners, courtesy and a gentler approach to their customers.
