I attended the Indooroopilly branch today to close an account, having been refused permission online (with good reason). We were seen immediately, and Marissa was a delight to chat to while she did the necessary checks, then processed our request efficiently to completion. We were out in 10 minutes - very impressed.
Most pathetic bank you can think of. Unfortunately, still stuck with them for this financial year. They can't even provide a simple 12 months statement on email. They make fake promises on calls and zero customer support.
Came outside opening hours to use the ATM, only to find it wouldn’t complete the transaction, and wouldn’t give me my card back. I came back again as soon as possible to get my card back, once the bank was open (in less than 24 hours), only to find they would only offer to issue a new card - they’d already taken my card out and destroyed it. They gave no initial explanation as for why the ATM did this, until I asked, as if I should already expect this to be a regular occurrence: only to find out from another staff member pas... read more
