Came outside opening hours to use the ATM, only to find it wouldn’t complete the transaction, and wouldn’t give me my card back. I came back again as soon as possible to get my card back, once the bank was open (in less than 24 hours), only to find they would only offer to issue a new card - they’d already taken my card out and destroyed it. Ive been banking with suncorp since the early nineties, never been so terrible i gave them back their merchant facilities and i could see myself closing all my accounts with them...
Natalie served me and was superb! She was very understanding and patient with my request, absolutely lovely woman.
Incompetent staff. Long wait times. My annual car insurance payment policy not once has increased without my notice and any reasonable explanation. The callee Morgan over the phone for general insurance enquiries states that since I ‘changed my address it’s the reason for now being cheaper’. Very undesirable for disadvantaged vulnerable people.
