Natalie served me and was superb! She was very understanding and patient with my request, absolutely lovely woman.
Incompetent staff. Long wait times. My annual car insurance payment policy not once has increased without my notice and any reasonable explanation. The callee Morgan over the phone for general insurance enquiries states that since I ‘changed my address it’s the reason for now being cheaper’. Very undesirable for disadvantaged vulnerable people. ATMs all out of order, no way to deposit or withdraw money. 2 staff on at the time, massive queue. I came back around 4pm thinking either an ATM would be working and or no queue only to find the branch closed and now full of staff. Hopefully they won't be kept on after the ANZ merger.
I had to move to this bank due to Kenmore closing. The staff are so rude. I would not come to this bank if you can help it.
