Absolutely th worst bank branch ever! Staff has zero cuatomer service skills and very poor product knowledge. No efficiency or the desire to serve customers promptly. The staff on tje front Kiosk is unprofessional and super slow. I visited the branch three times to get my Pay ID issue sorted. Only to be told three different answers - which none of it worked. Then i made an appointment at 10am to consult with a technician. Waited in the line until 10.18am to be served and then another 10mins before i ask someone when I will b... read more

I’ve been banking with this institution for nearly two decades and have always had good experiences — until now. The staff at this branch were rude, dismissive, and showed no intention to help. I visited the branch to increase my debit card limit, as required by their own process. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told to book an appointment, even though it was only 3:30 pm and the branch closes at 4:30 pm. Absolutely disgusting branch and customer service shocking. My father and I asked them to transfer $40k of my money I gave my parents back to me and they publicly humiliated myself and my father, implying I was committing elder abuse and making him give me money. I have lost at least four hundred thousand to what I do for my parents, but when they tried to return just a tenth of my money to me, I was publically humiliated, as if I was the abuser.
