She kept looking down at her screen when I was speaking to her, as though I had interrupted her precious screen time. I had a great experience at Suncorp Mount Ommaney thanks to Nick. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue involving my blocked card. Even though the issue wasn’t fully resolved in the end, his effort, patience, and professionalism really stood out. What impressed me most was how he handled a difficult interaction with a member of the fraud team. Absolutely th worst bank branch ever! Staff has zero cuatomer service skills and very poor product knowledge. No efficiency or the desire to serve customers promptly. The staff on tje front Kiosk is unprofessional and super slow. I visited the branch three times to get my Pay ID issue sorted. Only to be told three different answers - which none of it worked.
