The staff in store were very helpful. I have to finalize matters for my mother's estate but failed to take one number along. Don't worry, I was told I could phone it in to the staff. That is really not possible. The central phone number 131175 doesn't actually have an option that you can select - to contact a branch so you have to work something out. Needed to set up a business account Tried to call the branch to book a meeting over 3 hrs and multiple unanswered calls we decided to go in to the branch. All bankers were booked and no one could see us for over a week. Such a joke….. they have such terrible service I’m surprised they are so busy. Went to Westpac and they got us in to see someone the next day. Will now be moving my personal banking.
Very bad service. Needed a discharge form booked an appointment in advance. At branch with staff for over 1 hour for a simple task & staff is very difficult to deal with. Would never bank with them in future.
