I have been trying to resolve a problem for over 2 years, yet another attempt failed. Just to get another appointment is so difficult time by phone, non of the options provided do not give you the opportunity to make an appointment at the branch, which will now require another trip into Gladstone only to be given an appointment on another day. Just so unprofessional, never will recommend Suncorp Bank.

Closed for Christmas by 23rd December, not open until January and the ATM is broken again so paying fees to withdraw from another bank.
Pathetic, barely open, often just shut. Only Branch in the district. It seems customers are a burden to the bank. Buy bitcoin and end this Tyranny.
