Went into Suncorp at Canelands Mackay to do a,cashback on our homeloan to help my brother out, whose house was burnt to the ground in Brisbane. Refused to help saying we would have to do it online which might I add takes 3 days. I needed to send him the money today. No interest in helping at all. There where 2 other elderly people in there also trying to get help and were turned away.
