Walked in at 11.40am today. Had to wait behind a long line of people waiting as there was only 1 x teller working. No one else. But saw a 2nd teller retured with a coffee at 11.55am. Had an appointment at 12noon, so I left as I couldn't wait any longer. I received a letter that I had to produce my ID for an account I had with Suncorp for 6years. I went back after my appointment. Rude lady at the front desk. I wanted to bank a cheque and she explained that Suncorp don’t accept cheques anymore which is fine, but she obviously hates her job and was completely rude and condescending about the whole thing.
Been with this bank for 20 plus years, not for much longer the service has become rude and unprofessional. From 4 tells to two because people are leaving your bank
Went into Suncorp at Canelands Mackay to do a,cashback on our homeloan to help my brother out, whose house was burnt to the ground in Brisbane. Refused to help saying we would have to do it online which might I add takes 3 days. I needed to send him the money today. No interest in helping at all. There where 2 other elderly people in there also trying to get help and were turned away. I am a nurse Educator in an intensive care unit and if any of our staff treated patients like that they would be performance managed. What an ... read more
