I would like to thank Matthew (0240656) for looking after me. Before Mathew answers the phone, I was on the phone to another Suncorp person that hung up on me after being on the phone for 52 mins, so I wasn't in the best of moods when he answered. Matthew was so sweet, it took a while to make my claim, so he would come back every now and then to say sorry for the wait and to make sure I was still ok (that meant a lot to me) It was his fault it was taking so long, soo, so many thanks Matthew, you are awesome
Nicole helped us with sorting out some of our accounts today. She was extremely thorough. We had dignity children and she made conversation with them. I felt comfortable to be there and humbled knowing she delivered the best service we could have asked for! There was quite a bit of accounts business we had to go through. When handed over to the gentleman at the teller, he was very professional and patient! Thank you Caneland Suncorp!! :)
Terrible. Trying to get through to a branch on the phone, is nigh on impossible! The hoops on the phone link are amazing! Then, given a wrong number. Do better.
