Such a nanny bank. 3 times I had to call the bank in less than a week, 45 minutes to up my limit for goodness knows what reason. Then any transactions of high-ish value, one of only 1k, they'd decline it and make me call them. Maybe call us, the customer! When I'd call they'd speak to me like I was their child but expected me to speak like I'm Mary Poppins. Went back to my old bank today. Spending my money should be a pleasant experience, not like I'm a naughty toddler eating too many lollies and being constantly questioned.
Wanted to withdraw money online. 50k is limit and complicated further by downloading a security token ap. Called customer service waited 1hr. Tried live chat waited 10mins 3 times only to time out. Finally got through and operator didn’t answer promptly didn’t help then just hung up. Finally I managed to withdraw 50k only to find suncorp put it on hold. Indian lady is active, all other team members are lazy. Take your business to other banks
Seems that not everything can be done online .... came into the branch at 1040am , one teller assisting a client, line up of 5, 2 staff walked out at 11am, another in the office, 1120 one staff member returned with coffee , still same client being served by 1st teller... now 1130am still in line waiting... pick your act up .... seems by previous reviews things havnt changed in customer service
Walked in at 11.40am today. Had to wait behind a long line of people waiting as there was only 1 x teller working. No one else. But saw a 2nd teller retured with a coffee at 11.55am. Had an appointment at 12noon, so I left as I couldn't wait any longer. I received a letter that I had to produce my ID for an account I had with Suncorp for 6years. I went back after my appointment. I showed her my letter, & then my Drivers License. It still took 15mins of waiting for her tapping on her keyboard, to get my License back to prove ... read more
