Mackay branch's customer service sucks. Waited about 30 mins for someone to assist me. No tellers & the person on the front service desk was busy. Approx 4 staff members walked past me, looking at me everytime just standing waiting but none of them actually assisted or even at least asked what I was waiting for, just looked at me & looked away quickly.
i went to find out what had happened to $4000 that was transfered by an in store teller as it did not get to its destination. Today I went to make an inquiary as to where did the money actually go. Went to the branch where the money was transferred out of the account from, 14 people in the bank waiting for service and 1 trainee teller. I waited 30 minutes for service for the line to barely budge. I did notice 5 other staff while waiting that could of assisted and opened another register.
