I love this place staff are great and very helpful friendly.
I went with the intention of opening a term deposit account and was asked to wait ten minutes while the only person not serving goes on a break. Fair enough, everyone has to have a rest. Anyhow, I wait and when he returns he gets someone else to go in his office despite me waiting patiently. Another lady tells me they can't help me because they're busy. No offer of an alternative solution or apology. That's fine, more than happy to take my money elsewhere with a lack of service like that.
I've always loved dealing with suncorp bank and their customer service has always been amazing. My daughter who is 11 had just received a letter stating she could open her own account with the card. I visited the bank to chat about opening an account with a card attached in her own name stating that she had been using my card and would love for her to have her own for saving/budgeting purposes. We deposited $900 cash into the ATM on Oct 1st, 2024. It took the money but did not acknowledge receipt so the money never went into the account. The ATM returned the card. I called the customer service number listed on the machine, and they issued a ticket and said it would be resolved within 45 days. It is now 10 days later and we have no idea when and whether we will get our money deposited.
