This review reflects a deeply disappointing experience at the Sunnybank Plaza branch, and while I typically prefer not to write such emotive feedback, I feel compelled to share this account given its impact. A senior citizen approached the bank staff for assistance with lodging a bill payment, as they lacked the technical knowledge and means to do it themselves via online banking.
