A senior citizen approached the bank staff for assistance with lodging a bill payment, as they lacked the technical knowledge and means to do it themselves via online banking. The old lady at the counter was huffing and puffing and carrying on with her attitude maybe retire if you can’t handle your job? , I won’t be returning
