16 year old they have working the SERVICE COUNTER had no clue whether the atms had the deposit feature today …….. they didn’t both ATMs also he had terrible customer service skills .
I went to this branch again today and had Tiana fix a problem for me - Evette or Eve also helped and was a pleasure to deal with - I can be difficult to deal with at times but they were very pleasant and helpful in an industry that is constantly bashed by the public.
Wish I could leave below zero ratings. AVOID Suncorp Bank. Suncorp Capalaba and Main office recently placed a stop on my 94 mothers bank account without discussion, investigation or authority and in my view without any legal basis. Suncorp admitted freely my mother had mental capacity to manage her financial affairs but then stopped her from accessing HER funds. I must admit that this branch has changed a lot in the last few months - Raya, Mel and Sarah have been a pleasure to deal with. I have bashed this bank for years - it is now wonderful to deal with. Further to my last review - I had to go and see them again recently about a problem with a TD - I spoke to Bridgette and to some extent Tiana - their manager Mel was also involved on the sidelines - the problem was sorted without any difficulty whatsoever - I have had no problems with this bank after all the recent changes - my fi... read more
