Coin deposit machine not working. Is very rarely available due to being unavailable. Carrying coins around to get changed is not ideal just before Christmas. Might take a week to fix. Poor form
Staff are nice, polite but at times do a lot of talking. This would be fine, in a local bank, small town way except, like all other banks, CBA, NAB etc. etc. they are slowly closing down their branches. There was a Suncorp in Nerang. In fact, there was a Westpac, a CBA, a Suncorp and, I think, an ANZ.......now there is one, lonely, Heritage. So, its lovely that the tellers care about their customers so much to talk in depth with them while other customers wait, in long lines, because their local branches have been closed dow... read more

Dont use this bank however busy every time I've passed
Absolutely unacceptable wait times... Take the difficult customers aside and keep the tellers moving!
