ANZ is now becoming the worst od the four Big Banks in Australia. Closing branches, laying off people, changing accounts accessibility make them unnecessary more complicated. I'm going to move to another bank.
Coin deposit machine not working again, would think with millions in profit you could at least maintain machines, truely hate this bank
The staff at this branch are amazing ..helpful and patient ... Mira Jo Harmony all have gone over and above each time I have been there also a mention to the other staff that have assisted me..... Thank you all .....
Coin deposit machine not working. Is very rarely available due to being unavailable. Carrying coins around to get changed is not ideal just before Christmas. Might take a week to fix. Poor form
