Great service, went in for a printout of a statement, no problem, it was done in a minute, not like Westpac, who Do Not printout statements at branches.
Was kept waiting, but it was a simple matter although I wasn't served as they're evidently incompetent &/or have no customer service whatsoever!! Will never return hence I hate procrastination & being fobbed off in actual fact?
The most helpful two staff members I have ever experienced. Jayde and Holly. Very professional.
