Customer service is terrible. Waited for service whilst listening to a staff member talk down to a elderly man. Then waited for my turn while the second staff member made me wait 10 min because they are so busy . She could not open a second account because I have to make an appointment that suited them. The sooner they get replaced with AI the better.

Easily the worst Suncorp branch I have been to. Staff had no idea about how work with a vision impaired man I took there. Absolutely useless and degrading "service".
Staff at this branch rather abrupt attitude ... tried get 88yr old to use ATM machines instead of the counter
