I've been with Suncorp the majority of my banking life and I love them! Fantastic app and banking features. There is always room for improvement, but for fee-free banking and lots of financial personalisation (flexirates, bank account and Visa card options), I am happy with what they offer.

why dont they supply local branch phone numbers. going through the 13 number is useless
I’m cash deposit into Suncorp ATM yesterday but machine error so take my money didn’t show up anything I walked into store talked to service lady done the reports. she asked for me details and said to me 24 hours will contact me. After 24 hours still didn’t get anything back from the bank. I walked into asking again. Now talk to me “Sorry can’t give me answer” also take 3 days now. I don’t know how’s going on……….
