Went in with an issue with my elderly mother’s internet banking having been blocked. Sarah helped us through the process and identified issues that needed to be rectified. She was very caring, understanding and such a pleasure to deal with. Even the lady who checked us in at the front was so nice. Lovely staff and appreciated the time and care they took to help us.
My wife and I have found the staff who's name is Jade and the senior staff are very helpful in customer service for our banking needs. Thank you for Sarah Kenny delivering outstanding service every time
Worst bank ever!! They wouldn't let me make an important transfer that was only less then $5k as their txting system was down. I phoned up and they fixed it but then the payment still wasn't going through and then it locked me out of both the website and app. When I phoned right back up again I couldn't answer the questions relating to transactions as I couldn't remember the exact figure down to the cent. When to this branch and walked out. All I wanted was cash from the teller but AGAIN told I can use the auto teller, I just wanted customer service. Worst Suncorp branch !!!!!!!!
Frustrating and unsafe process Terrible customer service. I went to the Aspley branch to remove a former bookkeeper’s access from my business account — something you can’t do online. The staff member said it would take 10 minutes but insisted I book an appointment and return in 10 days due to “procedure.” She even admitted how unfair it is for others who travel in or are elderly.
