Great customer service experience and really helpful staff
Absolutely useless bank. Chick who greets you as you walk in knows absolutely nothing. My mum passed a way a month ago and I’m still waiting for them to process the paperwork. I was told on the phone that going into the branch would sort everything out then and there. I’ve just had to call the specialist team again, 10 business days after going into the branch and I’m told again that they were supposed to sort everything out that day, including sending me the balance as I have outstanding bills that need to be paid eg, funer... read more
