Exceptional customer service relating to my Suncorp Clear Options credit card - thank you very much Suju! Regrettably, from 9th June 2025, such professional, personable, problem-solving assistance regarding Suncorp credit cards will no longer be available in branches.
The bank refused to open an account for me, claiming that, as a student living on campus, I don’t have a valid address. This is despite the fact that I have successfully received other official documents, like my TFN, at this address without any issues and provided them to the bank. That's discrimination against foreign students.
Had excellent, prompt service whenever I have had to go in. Very helpful.
