Good costumer services
Agree 100% with the earlier reviews about obstructive practices. Rudest staff I have encountered in a bank anywhere. Suncorp should fire every single one of them immediately. They will not accept valid documents because they are either a) incompetent, b) deliberately obtuse, or c) all of the above.
Worst bank ever. Obstructive practices. Tell you something is resolved, but it's not. Will restrict access to your own money. Won't accept certified documents. All round rubbish. If I could give zero stars I would
