Sonia and Alex went out of their way to help me resolve an internet banking issue.
I went to the Suncorp branch in Chermside Westfield yesterday. I wanted to ask some questions and transfer my money to another bank. The branch manager at Chermside Westfield was training a new staff member and asked me to wait until she was available to help me. I waited for half an hour, but she said she was still very busy and asked me to wait for another hour. Drove 1.5 hours to get here to open account and had no ability to do it that day or until 3 days later. Asked if I could just leave all the information for them to do later. No. I am a current customer so how hard can it be!
Carried my bag full of coins through the shopping centre. When I arrived at the branch to cash the coins once again I saw the familiar message on the screen. 'This machine is temporarily out of order. Obviously not much care for customers.
