Have been a long long time customer Metropolian,Suncorp metway,and the current offering,and truly its understandable why the Chermside branch has a 2 and a half star rating.Numerous occasions I have waited patiently in long queue's with other disgruntled customers,often to be told,oh you can do that online.As you stand in line at Chermside a screen on the wall tells all the waiting customers how good the service is, how they are making customer service better,they would be better actually serving customers in a timely fashio... read more
