Drove 1.5 hours to get here to open account and had no ability to do it that day or until 3 days later. Asked if I could just leave all the information for them to do later. No. I am a current customer so how hard can it be!
Carried my bag full of coins through the shopping centre. When I arrived at the branch to cash the coins once again I saw the familiar message on the screen. 'This machine is temporarily out of order. Obviously not much care for customers.
Nicole assisted me with opening an account and other matters. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Codie also was just as amazing. Fantastic service.
Only giving one star because I can’t leave less. Poor service. Poor wait times. Misinformation. Absolutely disgusted!
