Had my tax preparation last month. Simple tax prep for single person. No deductions no dependents. My first time using this service. The woman who took my file near the door was extremely rude and obnoxious. Should have left immediately but didn’t. Actually had tears in my eyes in the car when I left. She talked to me like I was an idiot. She did not give me my prepared tax when I returned. I also think this business is a little costly also for simple tax prep. Will never return again nor will refer anyone here

We use them every year and never had a problem. Uh you have to make sure YOU give them all your documents. They don't have ESP. Fast service.

Literally the worst place you can go. I had them handle both federal and state taxes (I moved from a state with state tax). My taxes were reviewed for audit by bit the government and state I filed in. Instead of having them review it I contacted a real CPA who found numerous mistakes. If you use this 'tax prep' company I would recommend having a lawyer on retainer.
