Just called in to inquire about something at exact 4:10-4:12pm, i don’t know the name of the lady at front desk, I understand how immigration agents in surrey are a taboo. This lady had no literal sense or professional dignity to greet me at all, not just that, being a professional front desk agent your job duty is to literally show some hospitality towards who so ever is calling regarding whatever query.
