My family member has ALS and needs reliable care - she is immobile. We met with Raj on 12/16/19 to line up care for this family member to begin today. He assured us care would begin on January 2nd. We discussed the need for reliable care. I owned a home care company. Two weeks notice is a gift as most times we had little notice. A few days ago Approved made sure they lined up the payment information. Today, on the day care was to start, they informed us they did not have anyone to care for our family member. This company is all about thr $$$$$ , they could care less about home care! Except for my wonderful shower gal Michelle and PT Adam, They want to drop you as fast as they can no matter what, if YOUR COSTING THEM MONEY YOUR OUT!!! NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR INS IS. I am filing a complaint with the GOV today!

RecommendedMy brother just passed at this facility on November 1st, he was there for a couple days, but the whole staff helped my family like no other, I can honestly say I made the right decision for my brother. he was 52 which made it really hard....but staff was just incredible, especially his nurses, and I would love to add Kathy the original nurse, incredible, explained everything and all the process that he would go through!!!! the facility it self just beautiful!!!! thank you all that help others that have no clue or understandi... read more
