My son and I were visiting PR and we needed an quick repair (front brake bleed) to keep riding. The other PR shop said it would be 1 1/2 weeks because of backlog. Josh had the same backlog but still squeezed the repair in same day, without me even asking him to bump us up the line. Because of Josh's kindness, we had some great rides and we have him to thank. Very grateful to have connected with such a kind person.
I love this shop! I have never bought anything from it…yet, but have talked to the bicycle shop owner (Josh) relentlessly about bicycle bells. Josh always takes the time to tell me about what kind of inventory is in stock and price ranges of the items. Will definitely be stopping in to commit to a bicycle bell purchase or more next time I am in Powell River.
