Don’t bother calling. They refuse to answer the phones and if they did, It went quiet and then put back on hold 2 separate times. Absolutely terrible customer service
Just awful. Just awful. I regret going to this bank in the first place! AVOID this Bank like the plague. They do not respond to any of their complaints. They take money out of your account that they didn't give the loan company. Avoid this Bank like the plague.
Received a call from a high school student pretending to be knowledgeable about my account from this location. Everything I was told was incorrect when I had to call back and clarify to member services as she told me three different things. Memeber services 800 number confirmed my payment was pending then finally took it out on March 1st for my February 20th, payment. (Their speed pay apparently takes a couple business days.)
