Don’t bother calling. They refuse to answer the phones and if they did, It went quiet and then put back on hold 2 separate times. Absolutely terrible customer service
Just awful. Just awful. I regret going to this bank in the first place! AVOID this Bank like the plague. They do not respond to any of their complaints. They take money out of your account that they didn't give the loan company. Avoid this Bank like the plague.
