Michael, Andrew and their manager were all very helpful in finishing setting up my refinance process for my car. They were all very kind and made sure any issues were addressed. Editing review because apparently Michael had me sign for insurance in case I lost my job (which I remember specifically telling him I didn't need because I'm a travel RN and paying off my car this year). When recapping everything we discussed and having me sign that was something he had me sign so now I'm out $184 dollars.

Kate was also very compassionate and caring Tyrell knew all the customers by name and Andrew was very knowledgeable I would recommend this branch 10 out of 10

Special shoutout to Andrew Hardwick! He was very professional, intelligent, quick on the computer, and really vouched for us - we got approved instantly for a personal credit card loan! Instead of paying 25-30% APR, we are down to 11.75%! This is going to help so much with paying back multiple credit cards. Thank you to everyone at this particular location - we were greeted with a warm welcome and left feeling very happy!
