Love them, great customer service and care for their people. I left a ny credit union after 40 yrs ( who merged with another security and it was downhill from there) for them ! Highly recommended!
This has been my bank in Florida since moving down here in 2020. I've never had any issues with them until this morning when I went in to cash in my change. They have a machine in the lobby that is self-service, so by no means are you tieing up a customer service rep/teller, by having them help (do their job). Before I start the process the 3 employees huddled together tell me there's a 5% fee. I explain that I'm a member, it doesn't matter, they take 5% of the money you've earned, 10 % for non-members.
