nightmare!! used to be good never again. I can't even call through any number. I need a direct phone to a human or a bank!
Walked in late December 2024. Checked in at the kiosk. Was walked through opening an account within 45 minutes.
Had a car refinance loan with them and paid it off over 5 months ago and still have not received the title to my car. Every time I call the branch they keep saying they can’t verify my identity, but it was verified to secure the loan and the pay off.
