we opened a student account that we did not know a lot about. Myra Johnson explained all the accounts we could open. Myra was very calm and very patient with all our questions. She was great!!!
Update: it's been over 5 days straight that the phone # to pay a bill is a 20+ minute wait. Today, it said "hold for 12 minutes", 18 minutes later I hung up as nobody had yet to answer (even their system is wacky). And the reply from the bank about "setting a high standard"...if that was the case, there'd not be long lines to pay a bill either in person or over the phone.
