Amazing staff my member advocate Kevin has help me with my credit card and auto loans and has done a phenomenal job even gave an option with a dealership that suncoast works with and has help tremendously and his personality is very open and welcoming with laughs that made my day better and the time fly by highly recommend him for an advocate to work with and will be going to him for future banking assistance
Our Member Advocate Kevin Benitez was super helpful! He definitely took the time to answer all of our questions. Gave us more options than we even thought we had on loans. Took the time to find out exactly what our goals were and best way to achieve them.

Update #2: On the top of the Suncoast website they say "Bank from anywhere"...well, in true Suncoast fashion they messed up that up too. We were traveling overseas for 1.5 months and had to make a payment on our auto loan. First thing that happened is Suncoast did not allow me to log into from outside the US, so I used a VPN. I made 1 payment on 1 of my loans, a week later returned to their site with my VPN but this time I'd be blacked fully. So I had to call and wait on hold to pay my bill, like it was 1989.
