On my visit, it was nice to be welcomed by the staff, and reunited with former associates in a safe place. Our Member Advocate, Kevin, sparked a conversation that made the long wait time go by unnoticed. It was a pleasure to meet and converse with him while resolving our account discrepancies. Way to go SCU!
Update BTW ordered checks they never arrived for a business account this is what my review is all about.... I have to be honest – my experience with Suncoast Bank was incredibly disappointing. It took nearly two hours to sign up for a business account, and the process felt excessive. I’ve opened plenty of business accounts before, but this one was unlike anything I’ve encountered.
