I wish I had never heard of these people, they were totally incompetent in handling my mortgage, I've lived here a month now and again just received an inaccurate letter concerning my insurance, the service for my mortgage was horrible, I bought my home from a sweet little old lady and at closing I thought she was going to cry when she started to say how she couldn't understand the things they had done. Inexperienced people, pass the buck seems to be the thing when you don't have an amasser Made payments on a car to find out 2 years later they put it on my credit as a write off. When I went to buy another car I found out. Dealership tried to speak with the credit union and they did not want to try to fix the mistake that was made. Local branch ok but the whole cooperate terrible Cooperate needs to read there own policies and beliefs for the members.
Not happy with Suncoast all! As far as I am concern I will never do business with Suncoast again!!! Loan department needs an over haul on how loans are processed.
