I want to bring attention to the excellent service I have received from the manager/supervisor Gabe Villaverde, at the Henderson branch. He helped me to get a car loan transfer after my dad's death when stringent DMV policies stood in the way. He also helped me in a bind I was in today with accidentally transferring funds to the wrong account. Even though it was after 5:00pm, he got it reversed within about an hour. He cares about the people he serves!
I had an exceptional experience working with Christopher at Suncoast Credit Union. He is truly a top-tier specialist - knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly professional. Thomas McCarthy was phenomenal!!! I came in for a simple refinance for my car. He gave me so many options that made more sense for my situation! He also helped me find the lender to contact my gap insurance, helped to change my maiden name to my married name and submitted me for a recalculation for my monthly payments on my vehicle! Super impressed and grateful for all of us help! Highly recommend this location and this representative!
