I walked into the Suncoast bank off Bruce B downs across from Chick Fil A where there were employees standing around talking and some working only to be greeted and pointed to go into the cubby to deposit my check through talking to a person on a screen. There is a younger Hispanic woman who works here. She was in the front cubicle in first walking in. It seems like she just didn’t want to talk to any customers invited. Everyone in a banquet was empty. She told a woman that she wouldn’t help her unless she signed in, but the other banker came around and decided to help her. Ever since Suncoast implemented the virtual tellers and got rid of staff, the company as a whole has gotten worse. waiting 15 minutes to be able talk to someone who works from home is terrible. especially when there's 10+ people waiting in line to see a human. Honestly just debating closing my account with you guys.
Suncoast provides the top tier support that I yearn for. Fernando provides excellent service and cares for his clients. He is a top notch guy. He will assist you the best way he can.
