I had a complicated transaction today. Luz “ Bon qui qui” Did an amazing job. This was a person-to-person car sale. This type of transaction does not happen very often at a bank branch, but she did an awesome job. We were both very happy and satisfied with the service after the transaction was complete.
I’m just speechless. Today I came to this branch to refinance my car loan. Luz Davis, was my customer representative. The only word that I can use it’s PHENOMENAL. Above and beyond. This will be my Suncoast Branch all the time. All my request were done with no issues and amazing customer service.
Why does this branch even exist 1 working human on a Friday this is ridiculous who ever is in charge of scheduling and hiring needs to be fired. The service was so aweful I’m pulling all my money out and closing all my accounts with suncoast today.
