Manager is a disgrace very dramatic and completely irrational.
Luz was awesome! We made it in later to the branch than we were planning but she was understanding and quickly helped us get everything we needed taken care of!! Really appreciate her help and expertise!
Really taken back by what an awful, unsettling experience I had at the Suncoast branch in Wesley Chapel. I opened an account online and made a transfer, which for some reason didn’t go through (despite having money in the account). This caused my account to be frozen due to potential fraud, which I totally get because there’s a ton of scammers these days.
