Really taken back by what an awful, unsettling experience I had at the Suncoast branch in Wesley Chapel. I opened an account online and made a transfer, which for some reason didn’t go through (despite having money in the account). This caused my account to be frozen due to potential fraud, which I totally get because there’s a ton of scammers these days. Angelita Marulanda was extremely Respectful and helpful in walking through issues i had with my account and helped me start my credit and allowed me to learn necessary information.
I work with Brendon Bertorello at this branch frequently. He is always professional and accommodating.
I had a complicated transaction today. Luz “ Bon qui qui” Did an amazing job. This was a person-to-person car sale. This type of transaction does not happen very often at a bank branch, but she did an awesome job. We were both very happy and satisfied with the service after the transaction was complete.
