There's no one there to actually help you with anything. Rude and disrespectful staff when a human actually acknowledges your existence. They make it extremely, extremely difficult to try to even make the payment on a loan and make it super difficult to set direct pay up so you don't have to deal with them. It's the worst bank / credit Union I've ever dealt with. Truly wish I had gotten a loan somewhere else. Please choose wisely and find somewhere else to do business.
