If you live close and can come in it’s a great bank but if you move and need to discuss paying off a loan, calling them is nearly impossible with there automated voice system, I was on hold for over an hour to get transferred and hung up on, and I’m supposed to do that all over again and wait to speak to a human? I don’t think so. Todays world is just terrible and when you can’t call an speak to someone about your auto loan it really frustrates that person as my self, I can say after this is paid off I will never use this ba... read more
