If you live close and can come in it’s a great bank but if you move and need to discuss paying off a loan, calling them is nearly impossible with there automated voice system, I was on hold for over an hour to get transferred and hung up on, and I’m supposed to do that all over again and wait to speak to a human? I don’t think so.
