If you do not have an account with suncoast you cannot use your debit card to take money from the ATM
Won’t accept coins as deposits. They’re rolled and everything. They want me to pay 5% to unroll them and use their Coinstar machine. They shouldn’t charge members to deposit money.
Suncoast sent me incorrect billing statements which led to my account being behind by around 3 dollars for 2 or 3 months. Once I found out about the issue I reached out to Suncoast and paid the back amount. The company reported to Experian I had not made any payments for months and reported the debt as a charge off that could never be recovered despite having cashed my checks for months and being repaid in full.
