I went inside to use Coinstar. when I finished, we brought our receipt to one of the ladies sitting at the the desk.. she led us to the teller behind the wall, which you use a computer to sign with. I never felt so awful, with this whole new way of doing things it's so truly impersonal ! I can't do business like this. makes me rethink , I would rather do business with a happy, caring professional, then a uncaring Robot like person, with no soul. these banks should care for their customers.
Never have been with waleska but let me tell you I learned stuff I never knew . Thanks to her I was also able to find out a lot more about credit cards in general and different avenues to explore when it comes to y’all’s benefits. Awesome work !
Terrible customer service Hispanic lady is very rude seems miserable and unable to help people at times maybe something goin on at home but nevertheless unprofessional
