HUGE Shout out to Brian Naczi, service center manager! I came all the way down from Ocala to get my refinance situation handled and Brian went above and beyond with his customer service and making sure everything was handled correctly for me. Also, the bank was beautiful and had a great welcoming feel to it. I cannot recommend Brian enough for his services and will be the reason I drive down from here on out to work with him and his banking staff! Thank you for the great experience!
