My experience with a banker Sofia at Suncoast Credit Union was very negative. The banker showed little effort in communicating with me and did not explain or provide any options to help with my situation. Instead, they were very quiet and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and unsupported. I expected guidance and clear solutions, but instead received poor service and no real assistance. This lack of communication and care was very disappointing
