Today I opened an act with Debbie at the N Lakeland office and she was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. Excited for my new journey with Suncoast.
Debbie She is very professional and an excellent person who explains everything very clearly.
I met a Lady named Ari. A Suncoast agent. Let me rephrase that, A Super Suncoast agent. She helped me settle a situation and even though it took like an hour she was right there with me until my situation was settled. Thanks Super Agent Ari. That sounds good, Super Agent Ari. Thank you sweetheart!
Probably the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. I’ve been a member for a few months and they are placing unrealistic holds on wire transfers and any deposits. Do yourself a favor and go to mid Florida credit union.
Brittany took me in very fast and took care of all my needs. I have been with Suncoast for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Highly recommend using them as a federal credit union!!!
