I went into the Plant City Branch today because my grandmother passed away and I wanted to 1) See if I was beneficiary listed on her account 2) Set up or start the process of her credit life insurance to cover the debts that she owed the bank. I advised I believe Rebecca (I believe that was her name) she was in the third office lined up to the wall...
