Patronising waste of tax payers money. The 'assessment' team is a complete scam, neither of the people who came should be anywhere near elderly people as they talked to my father (an ex city engineer) like he was a 3 year old. Once 'assessed' a year ago no one came for cleaning, it took 4 visits for a guy to decide we couldn't get a toilet seat because it was a square toilet, (all he needed was a bar on the wall). do we really need these scammers between the client and the supplier - NO what a rort. I have had the help of Suncare Community services since January this year at the moment especially for transport. This is such a blessing to me now I am unable to drive. The staff on the end of phones are unfailingly kind and supportive and efficient as well. The suncare volunteer drivers are super wonderful. Thank you all.
Been with them for years cannot fault them ,lovely ,helpful ladies always cheerful.
