One of their drivers decided that size mattered more than road rules and that because he was bigger he could pull out of a side road in front of me while I was doing 100kms an hour. If I hadn't slammed my brakes on there would have been a serious collision. I called and complained and was told they would deal with it. But really, is someone that arrogant going to admit to breaking basic road rules and nearly causing a major accident? I'm yet to hear from them in response to my complaint. would be great if some more forethought was put into the bus timetables aligning with trains arriving/leaving! the amount of times ive gotten off the train to see all the busses leaving before anyone has even had time to walk over to them is abysmal. EDIT: in response to the reply, images below is an example of terrible alignment. i catch this train every tuesday and 1 minute is not enough time to walk to the busses, especially for trains that arrive on platform 2. and the bus drivers absolutely do not wait for the trains 😭... read more
